WEATHER FORECASTING FOR PHOTOGRAPHERS; AN INTRODUCTION

I wrote "Weather Forecasting for Photographers" years ago; as far as I know it is the only book on the subject.

I am one of a handful of people who are uniquely qualified to teach the subject. I have an M.S. in Atmospheric Science and worked for 14 years as a professional meteorologist for the National Weather Service in California and Colorado. In 2017 I quit my day job and have been working as a full time landscape and nature photographer since then, with a gallery first in Sedona and now in Manitou Springs Colorado.

I can improve your photography skills by teaching you how to forecast specific weather conditions that will take your photography to a higher level. The focus of this one day workshop will be to teach the fundamentals of forecasting, specifically as it relates to outdoor photography, so that you don't have to overly rely on public weather forecasts and apps that might mislead you.

There is no substitute for hands on experience, and I am here to give you a crash course!

Through this winter, the focus will be on forecasting snow and winter storms along with catching the best sunrises and sunsets. All levels of experience are welcome! The full course is being offered for $195.

Course will include:

- A free copy of my ebook

- 4 hours of classroom instruction here at my gallery in beautiful Manitou Springs.

- Worksheets to help you in your learning experience.

- 2 follow up zoom or phone calls to judge and assist in progress.

Refund Policy: Full refund if canceled within one week of the course; half refund if within 48 hours of the course. Contact me with any questions!
