Catamount Heaven   North Catamount Reservoir, Colorado

I hiked 4 miles in the dark to get to N Catamount Reservoir on the south side of Pikes Peak to catch the Milky Way rising over the distant mountains. It was a peaceful night once the distant storms cleared, and I had the lake to myself. Photo © copyright by Stan Rose.
