Sermon at Pulpit   Colorado Springs, Colorado

The Orion Nebula sets behind Pulpit Rock and Pikes Peak early on a December morning. I used a telephoto lens and the quarter moon provided the lighting on the rocks and peak. It was a surreal experience; I was the only one up on the trail but thousands were sleeping or driving the nearby Interstate below me... Photo © copyright by Stan Rose.
